Return & Exchange Policy

Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 3 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. We require you to send us an email with the reason for exchange or return, once approved you can send the product back to our head office.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Please contact us by emailing orders@reemami.com if you have any further questions.

Pre-order pieces that are requested for return due to fit issues are not eligible for return.

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN:

Should you need to exchange or return your purchase, you have 3 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return, email us and have your items sent back to us; at your own expense.  Please follow the steps below to return your purchase. If you would like to exchange an item, check availability of the item online and email us with your preferred size/style. You will then receive an email including your return instructions and details about the next steps to take. To avoid confusion, please send it back from the same country/address it was delivered to. We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability. 

REFUND:

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your Reemami account. Orders outside the UAE, are given 7-8 days to send the product back. Please note that refunds can take up to 15-30 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

If the order is out of stock and was custom made as per your order, refunds cannot be issued in that case.
