Exchange & Return Policy

At Reemami, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to exchange or return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

Eligibility for Exchange or Return:

  • Notification Period: You have 3 days from the date you received your order to notify us of your intent to exchange or return an item.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached.
  • Pre-Order Items: Items that are pre-ordered due to being out of stock are not eligible for return or refund, especially if the return is due to fit issues.

Process for Exchange or Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at orders@reemami.com within the 3-day notification period, stating the reason for your exchange or return.
  2. Approval: Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Return Shipment: Ship the item back to our head office at your own expense within 1-2 days of receiving approval. Returns sent without prior approval or beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

Important Considerations:

  • Return Condition: Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
  • Shipping Method: We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability.

Refund Policy:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your Reemami account.
  • Processing Time: Please note that refunds can take up to 15-30 working days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
  • Custom-Made Items: If an item was custom-made as per your order and is out of stock, refunds cannot be issued.
